Wow this book is definitely different than what I expected. I even went into it with an open mind for anything and everything I kept thinking oh this is gonna happen I was way off. lol. This is about two people who were in love with each other as teenagers only to be ripped apart and as far as they knew to never see each other again. Cole aka Colt thought his childhood friend Rose aka Lily was killed. He never stopped thinking about her but little did he know that she would come back into his life at a very bad time. Lily got herself caught into a web that was very dangerous for both Colt and Lily.

Cole tried to fight his feelings for Rose but all came back and now he knew he had to do any and everything to save her not just from his present but from her past. Rose had no idea the kind of danger she was in by Cole's present situation but she knew she missed him and wanted to be with him.

Can these two survive all the dangers and be together or will they be ripped apart yet again?

I can say that the ended did surprise me and definitely not how I thought it was going to happen but I am always happy with a happy ending!!! :)
