This is the continuation of Trace, Nixon (Team Nixon), and Chase!
I love how this is told in the men's point of view (Chase, Nixon, and Phoenix).
War breaks out and the Sicilians are coming over to take care of the situation, leaving Nixon and Chase little time to figure out what the hell happened. Trying to determine what happened in the past to fix the outcome for the future, has everyone's head spinning.
Trace loves Nixon, and unfortunately, Nixon has to do what's best for Trace and right now that's not him, but his best friend and cousin, Chase. Nixon pushes Trace to be with Chase, even though her heart and soul are bound to Nixon's. Can she do what he's asking of her?
Chase loves Trace, but can he make her realize that he's the one for her? The more time they spend together the deeper he
falls.
When shit blows up, Chase is to take charge and get the family back in order.
Even though Trace is broken can Chase get her to see the light? Can she open her heart to love him and move forward with him, or will Nixon always be on her mind?
Can't forget Phoenix....I absolutely hated him for what he's done, but learning more about his past has made me realize
he's not what he seems.
And Tex...can't forget good ol' Tex, I like him and I like Mo and I like them together. I'm definitely looking forward to more
of these too!
Who wins Trace? Does her love for Nixon or her love for Chase win out? After the war and guns, will they all be standing at the end? Or will one die for the sake of another?
